Brenner 4 is a unique Town House in the heart of Tel Aviv. When I first started planning the interior of the Villa my main focus was on expressing its unique atmosphere. The villa has an unusual eclectic façade that correlates with the special feeling one has once entering into the Villa. It gives a sense of calmness and tranquility although located in the beating heart of the city. Since 2018, I have planed the interior for many different options including division of the space into 3 apartments. I am happy that the developer Eliyahu Baruch LTD, decided to maintain the Villa as one private residence. There is no doubt that the whole is bigger than its sum. While planning the space my main focus was to be able to express the homely and inviting atmosphere in the Villa alongside timeless elegance. Thus, creating a unique art piece inside that corresponds with the one-of-a-kind façade of the House. The interior represent a balanced combination of up to date European classical design that is a part of the voyage to restore the Villa to its glorious days. In regard to functionality, I unified the communal living and dining areas on the main floor, defined by a series of elegant windows. Since the ground floor is so spacious, it allows for different schemes and layouts, that will accomodate any potential buyer's needs.
