The project is located in the Rehavia Talbiye district of Jerusalem. The building is covered in a modern slick white Jerusalem stone, and the windows and banisters are framed in brass tones. It is homage to the "City of Gold", that my father-in-law, who the building is dedicated to, loved so much. While designing the interior of the building, it was important to me to create apartments that are spacious and have a natural colors pallet with a touch of modern brass. My planning took into consideration the wide windows that allow natural light in, alongside the height of the ceilings and the view. All contributing to my goal of creating a feeling of speciousness in each of the apartments. I used strong, durable and elegant materials, as well as wide planks of floor tiles that will not only whistand the test of time but are easy to maintain and look after.
